You are right. Mental defectives do not understand the founding of this country. They think they get Rights from the Constitution and the government. Intelligent people know these Rights exist without a Constitution. The Constitution is a means to help protect these Rights. They are incapable of understanding what Rights really are. They are mental defectives because as anyone knows, you do not trust politicians to do what is best for you. Especially these days where morality seems relative. If you think a liar will not lie to you, you are delusional. If you trust a liar to be honest with you, you are a fool.
What rights have been violated? A mental defective would not know that you have unlimited rights as long as you do not violate the rights of another. When the government is given limited power by the people and the states through The Constitution, and they overstep these powers by instituting taxes for unconstitutional programs, they force people to indentured servitude. Only a mental defective cannot see this. Taxes are necessary for constitutionally authorize spending, but not for redistribution of wealth. It is my constitutional right not to work for another. it is their responsibility to help themselves. There are needy, and it is my Individual duty to help them directly or through charity, but it is not a function of the government.
So what Right is violated...Right to liberty, Right to property, Right to the fruits of ones labors, Right to Contract, Right to life (a healthcare program that takes your money, but then says you may be too old for treatment for the good of society and are not allowed to go outside the system, is a violation of your rights to life. If you were allowed to keep that money for your own future, you may have been able to pay for treatment and continue your life. A person that chooses to drop out of school, and not improve them self should not life off the effort of someone that does. How stupid to subjugate the people that are responsible to help the lazy. The lazy can waste money on liqueur, drugs, cellphones and TV,s cars...and expect someone else to work for the money to pay for their healthcare. Yet the government wants to require you to work. That is tyranny and a violation of Rights.
