Im a straight white male, age 28How would America change if same sex was nationally legal?It wont change at all. Same-sex marriage will simply allow gay/lesbian couples to truly be a family, and make important decisions regarding each other's health-care,monetary issues, and property.

Despite the fears of those who only listen to misguided misinformation the US would not change significantly.
If anything the only changes would be within the wedding industry as they would need to be creative for the new business they would receive.
Aside from that the only other possibility would be people becoming more tolerant for others, even though they presently feel tolerance and love are unacceptable things.
