It has testified many times in Washington, and exactly what to do about some elements of the criminal illegal alien activity is open to discussion. Many, and I am one, do not believe it should be open to discussion for two reasons.
1. The Constitution is very clear on excluding three groups of people in granting citizenship: diplomats, travelers and illegal aliens.
2. The issue has been ongoing for a very long time. The Mexican People know the child is not necessarily a citizen, and know they are usually returned to their native country. Still they come, and still they claim. But the come and they claim because they are entitled to welfare that is very significant, and continues until the child is 18 or 23.. I need to look that up. That welfare is a living income in Mexico, and if you can get two children born in the United States, the parents do not have to work any more.

a lot of people talk about illegal people like they always take advantage of welfare and medicaid but what you dont know is: they pay their taxes like an american people but they don't get the same rights, they work hard.
