Do you believe that threats of violence & death threats are effective ways to change America?

Tea Bag Supporters: Do you support these proposed acts of violence against members of Congress in order to %26quot;change%26quot; America to your expectations?

Do you think this is going to hurt Palin's chances for the Presidency in 2012 since she's closely aligned with these lunatics?Do you believe that threats of violence %26amp; death threats are effective ways to change America? When it is done by Islamic extremists, it's called %26quot;terrorism%26quot;. When it's done by Tea Baggers, it's %26quot;an exercise in free speech%26quot;.

It's interesting that Palin, Michelle Bachman and the other Republicans who embraced the Tea Party have been silent regarding the Party members' extreme rhetoric and thinly veiled threats. Timothy McVeigh, Terry Nichols and Eric Rudolph shared the same anti-government sentiment.Do you believe that threats of violence %26amp; death threats are effective ways to change America?Threats of violence and death threats wont solve it, it will take political will.Do you believe that threats of violence %26amp; death threats are effective ways to change America?Palin had no chance for the Presidency in 2012 anyway. As for the Teabaggers these latest incidents just reveals them for what they are, bigoted, hate spewing wackos!Do you believe that threats of violence %26amp; death threats are effective ways to change America? No, I do not. Threats of violence %26amp; death threats are illegal and those who issue them are subjected to prosecution and if convicted, imprisonment. Palin has no chances of being nominated by a major party so she's trying to work the fringe...or just wants to cash in on her fame.Do you believe that threats of violence %26amp; death threats are effective ways to change America?Hate speech is not covered by freedom of speech, nor is incitement to violence. Sure, that kind of brain dead ignorance and vitriol will effectively change America...from a great country to a loony bin.Do you believe that threats of violence %26amp; death threats are effective ways to change America?I believe that political violence is justifiable when the arguments preceding the violence have been thoroughly vetted and and all attempts at persuasion have failed.

For example, the arguments preceding Teabagger violence are weak and based on a false understanding of our government. Teabagger violence is absolutely not justified.

Here is a counter example: Violence used by the SDS during the Vietnam Conflict was completely justified. SDS members' arguments were morally right, demonstrably correct and completely ignored by the ruling political elite. Violence was the logical next step.Do you believe that threats of violence %26amp; death threats are effective ways to change America?Palin and the tea party have no chance for anything.
