It is very disheartening to me that many American's have no concept of critical thinking anymore. There are a lot of people who support the idea that the government should take a portion of everyone's property and redistribute the wealth as it sees fit (taxation, welfare, etc.). A lot of these people call themselves democrats, while some go by other labels.This is real. It's happening right now. If it isn't stopped, it is going to get worse. There's nothing crazy about it. The Democrat controlled House has voted down amendments that exclude abortions with taxes and include freedom of conscience for health care workers. A health care administrator can change anything in the plan so Congress will not be able to remedy injustices easily. Currently, if there is a problem in Medicare, a call to representatives might get things done.

Is there rationing in the health care plan? Or death panels? Most news services are not doing their homework and are actually gullible enough to look at the plan rather than who wrote it and what is going on in other countries where the exact same setup applies. Then the news service could report what this bill opens the door for in mismanagement by bureaucrats as has happened in other counties.
A solid bill needs to explicitly reject rationing to save money. There is a contract with seniors and this generation needs to fulfill that contract somehow, not ration healthcare.
