Why can't people accept the fact that America is changing and its this desire for the past which holds it back

Yes we should be changing, we should have woken up on 9-11-01. But we haven't, and we will not until people decide that the old status quo isn't going to stop another 9-11 type attack. We can only wait and see.Why can't people accept the fact that America is changing and its this desire for the past which holds it backI certainly accept the fact that American is changing. Some change is good. But it needs to be change for the better, productive and positive change. Just to change for the sake of change won't improve anything. Why can't people accept the fact that America is changing and its this desire for the past which holds it backCould be. Then a vote for Clinton is a desire for the past. Why can't people accept the fact that America is changing and its this desire for the past which holds it backPeople fear the unknown. Why can't people accept the fact that America is changing and its this desire for the past which holds it backAmerica is always changing, it's just going in a wrong direction to some people. I mean don't call me a genious, but believe it or not some people don't like gay marriage and abortion and high taxes, or ILLEGAL aliens getting amnesty. Some People just want an America that is not way left. Why can't people accept the fact that America is changing and its this desire for the past which holds it backThese %26quot;people%26quot; you speak of, are America, and it is their desires which count.
