How was America changed in the past 10 years?

Under George W Bush we managed to alienate almost every nation besides Great Britain and a few others we browbeat into our %26quot;coalition of the willing.%26quot; We lost our position of respect and admiration in the world order through our arrogance. After Barack Obama was elected, he began to repair our wounded relations, rather successfully. However, we are still mired in two wars that seem unwinable. As the above poster mentions, now we're trying to tell them how to live. That doesn't work either.How was America changed in the past 10 years?Radical Islamic fools attacked America.
